Brought my 23 C8 Corvette HTC (hard top convertible). Here for a problem with the top not lowering correctly it had a loose bolt. After I get it back it has another problem the top will not show secure when down and limits speed to 58mph when the top is down. So back again and the tech who obviously needs more training screws my car up so bad that now the top will not lower at all and has basically turned it into a coupe. Best service experience I ever had. I received a flat tire and a belt rim due to a truck spilling rocks on the highway. While waiting for the tow truck, I called Nathan at John Jones. He got my vehicle information and immediately had a tire sent to their dealership. After I had my car towed in they saw that I needed a new wheel and another new tire. I had a problem with my Jeep Renegade. It is still under warranty, so the company basically fixed it for free. Still it took over a month and they took several weeks before they provided a loaner or rental which should have been done immediately. The staff is very pleasant, but I had to depend on friends and neighbors which was inconvenient for them and me. Also, their was a minor service that was expensive compared to other service centers. I will provide more once I have driven after the repairs. Lindsey was especially pleasant.
