I had a scheduled oil change for the next am and brought the vehicle by around 430p the night before for am appointment. When I arrived at check in the gentleman said that they were open in the back and could do my service immediately. We were able to have dinner locally and return with the service complete! He could have easily just checked me in and not mentioned this, but went out of his way to make the experience more expeditious! This saved us a trip back the next day! Thanks for a great experience!

Bought a used 2018 through this dealership and found out when it rained the car had a leak and mold in carpet. Update: Management has reached out and apologized for the issues and how the individual who sold the car us responded when we came for our issues. Management is taking steps to solve the situation to satisfaction.


Nice clean shop. The ladies in the office were polite and attentive. The guys on the service drive seemed uninterested and really had no idea what was just done to my vehicle. It would have been nice to get a little better communication from the advisors. Other than the electronic communication via internet, I was not really sure what was going on. When a person spends over $2,000, he or she should feel confident about what was done and still needs done without asking a series of questions. Most folks don't even know what to ask! I was able to drop off my car earlier then my appointment. The issue was fixed right away. My car mileage was over 100k miles and needed maintenance, so I received a text to explain what should be done. Those issues were taken care of that day and my car was ready for pick up by the afternoon. I was happy with the service.

Overall experience was good. I was told I would be called when the part needed for my vehicle was in. The part came in and I was not called. However, the service staff provided great service the day my vehicle was serviced.

The tech Bennie Niece did a great job getting the issue I had taken care of.

I always have great customer service at John Jones. The staff is very friendly and very informative each time I service my vehicle. I drive 30 minutes to get my vehicle serviced, because they do such a great job.

I originally had a not so great experience last week with the service department which lead me to leave a negative review. The next day I received a call from the manager and he agreed to make the issue right. He not only honored the original quote, there was another code when the work was complete and he took care of it free if charge. That you John Jones fir making the situation right. I greatly appreciate it.

Repair was completed in a timely manner. However, we already knew what the problem was (TSB) and the cost for the diagnostic test was unnecessary. Other shops we've used deducted this cost, if repairs were completed by them.

Wade Neihoff & his crew did an excellent job on my 2019 Dodge Journey. The transmission was not shifting & staying in 2nd gear. They had to order parts & I was provided the rental in the shop. Then work completed, they even ran it threw the car wash. Thanks to all the crew.
